You can create your own custom quiz using this page.

Enter up to 20 questions with up to five answers for each question. You don't have to use all the questions or all the answers. Just leave the ones you don't need blank. Your quiz takers' scores will be adjusted according to how many questions you use.

Select a score for each answer using the dropdown boxes. Note that each question should have at least one answer that receives the full 10 points.

Also note that the answers won't be displayed in this order on the actual quiz (so that people don't quess which answers have the highest scores) so don't use stuff like "None of the Above" because the other answers might not actually be above it.
